Ability Description: As all Logia fruit the user is able to become it's respective element and producing it in this case water. Although the user is able to become water the user does not escape the weakness of water and sea stone all Devil Fruits gives the user is simply slightly more resistance to water then other Devil Fruit users. The water the user makes as well as the water the user becomes affects all other Devil Fruit users like water does. The user is also capable of manipulating the existing water in the area but if the user is hit by the water the user is still affected by the water.
