Fruit is smooth and circular, a little bigger than a fist. It was pure black with little purple polka dots. The stem was two inches tall, and swirly with one green leaf clinging to it.

How your character came to possess the fruit: When she was young, she snuck aboard a pirate ship that was attacking her village to find food. She discovered the devil fruit, and thinking it was just a normal fruit, ate it.
Ability Description:
The Ryuu Ryuu No Mi gives her the ability to turn into a hybrid dragon/human, or a full dragon (which is only the size of a prius). She grows hard scales, wings and long, sharp teeth. Pretty much the typical dragon physique. She can't blow fire, and her only weapons are her teeth, claws, and tail.

Abilities given by the fruit:
Shina is given the ability of flight, scales as hard as steel, and sharp claws and teeth. Her senses are hightened, and she is also able to carry 3 passengers on her back. Her speed on the ground is reduced, but she makes up for it with strength.
